On Sunday, we continued our “And” worship series with the story of the Binding of Isaac in Genesis 22. Pastor Nate helped us to see that obedience AND struggle go hand in hand. This is true for Abraham, and in our own lives as well. He said, “Obedient trust and justifiable struggle; our lives are a complex story and they can’t be reduced to just one or the other. Mysteriously, by faith, we hold obedience and struggle.”
